Rashia Bell / Founding Partner
Rashia Bell is a graduate of both the Fashion Institute of Technology and the New York School of Interior Design holding degrees in the areas of Fashion Merchandising Management and Interior Design. She brings a wealth of experience from her 15 years in the Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury industries from her base in New York City. Through positions held at companies such as Mikimoto (America) Ltd., Blissworld, Vivre and Victoria's Secret Beauty, she has had a vast scope of work ranging from wholesale sales and product development to buying and retail merchandising. She has spent the past 10 years growing her consultancy with hi-growth companies such as Monique Péan and Story, focusing on various areas of business financial development, retail buying and interior design. Rashia’s interior design work consists of both residential and retail/commercial projects spanning the U.S. and abroad. Specializing in interior projects for creative businesses; they include work spaces, showrooms and tradeshow booths as well as specialty store retail spaces such as the Hampton & Co. flagship store formerly in Southampton, NY. These opportunities have allowed her to combine her passion for both the business and the creative.
Recently completed projects in 2017 include the flagship fitness/wellness studio space for the class by Taryn Toomey in Tribeca, NYC.
Iva Millereau / Collaborating Marketing Partner
Iva Millereau is a graduate of the prestigious MBA program in International Luxury Brand Management at France’s ESSEC Grand Ecole. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. Iva’s 15 year-old career in the fashion industry has spanned the globe and began as a buyer for Canada’s largest retailer, The Hudson’s Bay Company. There she spent 4 years working as buyer and travelling all over southeast Asia buying and negotiating directly with factories. Later after moving to Paris and completing her MBA, Iva joined Ralph Lauren’s expansive European operation where she spent 6 years holding various positions in both Men’s and Womenswear Marketing. Recently focusing her work in brand strategy, she currently holds the title of Brand Director for a heritage American shoe brand, spearheading their international growth in within the Russian marketplace. Never far from her Croatian roots, she additionally lends her efforts into supporting the growth of small designer brands based in Zagreb, Croatia.
Pili Restrepo / Collaborating Product Design Partner
Inspired by adventure, spontaneity and curiosity, Pili moved to the U.S in 2003 and attended the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business, majoring in International Business and Entrepreneurship. Always intrigued by the design process and particularly her love of jewelry, she continued her journey to Florence, Italy where she enrolled in the prestigious jewelry design school, Le Arti Orafe. Upon the completion of 2 years of jewelry training and becoming trilingual, she landed in NYC where she was introduced to Justin Guinta, Subversive Jewelry founder. Under his direction, she had the unique opportunity to contribute to the jewelry design process for the DKNY Fall 2009 show. Building her product development knowledge, she embraced opportunities to work for private label clients and consult for a diverse group of companies such as Amiee Lynn, Urban Outfitters, Holst & Lee, and SHEBEE. With her creative spirit as the inspiration and driving force, Pili established her proprietary design philosophy, and launched the PR Series in 2013. Her most recent endeavor offers a constantly evolving collection of jewelry designed and crafted by Pili and her team of highly skilled artisans. PR Series draws inspiration from limitless influences: art, culture, architecture, nature and her life experiences in Colombia, Spain, Italy and her current hometown, New York City.
